Unlike many so-called “energy” drinks and “nootropics”, Switch On’s beneficial effects accumulate over time, so use it regularly.

For best results, drink Switch On 1 h before beginning a mentally or physically demanding activity. We generally use it at the start of a long day of work!

LIKE IT HOT?

  • Pour 1 sachet (27 g) of Switch On onto 200 ml hot water or milk of choice.
  • Stir thoroughly - using a fork is best.
  • Drink, and get ready to rock.

PREFER A CHILLED ONE?

  • Fill a shaker or blender with 200 ml cold water or milk of choice.
  • Pour 1 sachet (27 g) of Switch On on top.
  • Mix thoroughly. If using a blender, feel free to throw a banana in the mix for a chocolate-banana shake… yum!
